Day 1* - Date outfit must be delivered by (the date before your event)
Day 2 - Date you wish to wear the hired outfit
Day 3* - Date item must be returned (the date following your event)
*If day 1 or 3 fall on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday the hire period will be extended to include the next business day.
Example 1) If your outfit is due to be returned on Sunday, you will be able to return it on Monday.
Example 2) If your dress is planned to arrive on Friday, but Friday is a Public Holiday, your dress will be scheduled to arrive the day before being Thursday.

How to select the best size?
We have included the below, to assist you in selecting the best fit:
Size search filters:by using our search filters you can view items by label size and recommended size. Our recommended size is based on feedback from our try on sample group who are a range of shapes and sizes.
Product details:we strongly suggest reviewing the provided product details as they are intended to give you better insight into the way the garments fit and feel (for example: "nostretch in fabric" or "extra long").
Images/Video:Have a close look at the provided product images on our website by using the zoom functionality. For most of our products there is also the option to video a short video clip to assist with better understanding the fit and flow of each outfit. You can also check out our social media pages for examples of our amazing customers wearing our garments.
Model measurements:each product includes model measurements and the height of the heels worn in the respective product image

We offer a $9.90 flat rate delivery fee for two way delivery (includes delivery to you and return of hire garment)
If you select to return your hire garments to SpotMe Dry Cleaner in Subiaco you will be offered FREE delivery
For locations accepted at check out we offer a $30 flat rate delivery fee for two way delivery (includes delivery to you and return of hire garment)
We currently service a number of locations Australia wide.
At checkout your address will be automatically verified to confirm if you fall within our current delivery area.
Addresses which fall outside of these post codes may be considered by request, please contact us directly via out online contact form.
PO Box addresses are not accepted due to courier restrictions.
Please note that international shipping is not offered at this time.
Delivery Time Frames
We will endeavour to ship your items to arrive on or before you expected delivery date (the day before your event).
If the lead time provided for your order is not adequate to your item in time for your event we will notify you asap. This will vary on courier and postal delivery time frames which are unable to control.
At check out you will be provided with one or more of the following options.
You will need to select your hire garment return method (see FAQsfor more details).
Option 1: Customer to DROP OFF hire garments to SPOTME DRY CLEANERS by 4PM on return due date
Option 2: Sendle Courier Service to COLLECT hire garments from CUSTOMER'S ADDRESS.
Option 3: Customer to drop off hire garments at SENDLE COURIER DROP OFF LOCATION by 4PM on return due date
Option 4: Australia Post by 4PM on return due date

Unable to wear your outfit due to incorrect fit?
We understand the importance of feeling great in your garment and also know that sizing can be tricky business, if your item does not fit right and you are unable to wear it simply send it back by the next business daywith security tagging intact and receive a credit note valid for 6 months (less $30 processing fee and any additional delivery costs applied at check out).
